  I requested that I get french fries, fresh out of the cooking machine, but when I got my order the fries were cold. I have been coming to this A & W for years now, and if I had a guess I would say that there may be new owners involved that have no idea how to manage their workers and keep the place clean.

  Horrible service at this location. Stood waiting to place my order for a few minutes (which isn't a problem usually) there were 4 staff members saw me but did nothing to acknowledge me or let the cashier know I was waiting. The cashier said she was busy (with a sneer), took my order and threw my bag on the counter... somehow I think your customers are far more important than refilling your sauces. I will never visit this location again. Thanks for tarnishing one of my favorite go-to places.

  Very busy location. The staff are superstars and despite the high volume of people being served, they were courteous and food was hot and tasty.

  Absolutely amazing customer service! Dairy Queen told us to pretty much go away they were closed at 10 when we showed up at 945! A&w's answer was yes we close at 10 but I'm not going to turn people away either! Thank you so much from my hungry family who have been driving for a few hours!

  Customers are the bread and butter for these fast food restaurants and I wont be returning here any time soon because of the filth. Sorry A & W...but this time you FAIL!

  The first thing that I noticed when my wife and I arrived, was the filthy entrance doors, they appeared that they hadn't been cleaned for quite some time and they were covered in sticky finger prints and who knows what else...the men's room was overwhelmingly smelly, filthy with garbage overflowing, and my wife said that was the same case in the women's rest room as well.
