  End of the day Friday, already frustrated I entered Westland insurance to deal with some icbc business (yay). The two pretty ladies behind the desk could sense my tension and proceeded to work together to help resolve my issues. Although it was the end of their work week and everyone was tired they were all smiles and silly jokes. I walked out of there in a great mood, the rest of the day seemed calm and relaxed. Thank you Deanne and Elly for making an otherwise terrible experience kind of awesome.
